1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of a1one, including its written information, casino-related content, sports market displays, payment guidance, promotional materials, loyalty descriptions, and account support functions. References to separate rules, promotional conditions, or policies form part of these terms where they apply to a particular feature.

By using a1one, you represent that you can enter into a binding agreement and will comply with applicable laws. Access from Malaysia does not, by itself, establish that every activity described is legally available to every person. 2. Definitions

“a1one”, “we”, “us”, or “our”

“User”, “you”, or “your”

“Account”

“Bet” or “Wager”

“KYC”

3. Account Eligibility

4. Account Use and Security

Account information must remain accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential details, mobile number, and payment ownership information where collected. a1one may require updated evidence when information changes or when a security review identifies an inconsistency.

Activity conducted through correctly entered credentials may be treated as authorised unless a1one has received and acted upon a credible security report. Users should log out on shared devices and avoid saving credentials on public computers or unsecured networks.

5. Deposits and MYR Payments

Where payment functionality is available, minimum and maximum limits will depend on the selected method, account status, and applicable promotion. MYR channels may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, or Hong Leong. Availability can change because of provider maintenance, banking hours, technical issues, or account-level controls.

Funds must come from a lawful source and from a payment method you are authorised to use. Third-party payments may be rejected or held for review. a1one is not a bank and does not provide credit. Deposited funds must not be treated as a savings facility or used primarily to transfer money between payment methods.

Currency conversion, bank charges, e-wallet fees, or other provider costs may apply outside a1one's control. The user is responsible for reviewing any amount shown by the relevant provider before confirming a transaction.

6. Betting and Game Rules

Casino outcomes are determined under the applicable game rules, while sports wagers are settled according to the market description and settlement criteria displayed when the bet is accepted. Odds, lines, table limits, and market availability may change before acceptance. Once accepted, a wager ordinarily cannot be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind.

Sports markets may include EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, badminton, basketball, tennis, UFC, or esports. If an event is postponed, abandoned, shortened, or materially changed, the applicable sport or market rules will determine whether the bet remains valid, is resettled, or is voided.

Displayed RTP percentages describe theoretical long-term game behaviour and do not predict a single session. Technical display errors, manifestly incorrect odds, or obvious pricing mistakes may be corrected after a reasonable investigation. No game, strategy, tip, or past result guarantees a win.

7. Promotions, Bonuses, and Loyalty Rewards

Every a1one promotion is subject to its specific conditions. These may include a qualifying period, minimum deposit such as RM50, permitted payment channels, wagering multiplier, game contribution percentage, minimum odds, maximum stake, expiry date, maximum conversion amount, and withdrawal cap.

A bonus may be removed where the requirements are not completed before expiry. Unless the relevant rules state otherwise, opposite-side wagering, coordinated activity, low-risk manipulation, repeated account creation, or betting patterns designed principally to extract promotional value may be excluded.

Loyalty points, VIP tiers, cashback, birthday rewards, or migration benefits have no guaranteed cash value unless expressly stated. a1one may review tier eligibility and correct points awarded because of a technical, calculation, or settlement error. Responsible-play restrictions take priority over promotional eligibility.

8. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed wagering conditions, payment ownership checks, KYC requirements, and security review. An estimate such as under five minutes for an approved e-wallet request or 5-15 minutes for DuitNow or FPX is indicative only. Provider maintenance, bank processing, manual review, or incomplete documents may extend the timeframe.

Where reasonably possible, withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit method. a1one may request a valid identity document, proof of address, payment evidence, or further information needed to confirm ownership and transaction legitimacy. Altered, expired, misleading, or unreadable documents may be rejected.

A request may be paused while suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, unusual transactions, or breaches of these terms are investigated. Legitimate undisputed funds will be addressed following the review and any applicable obligations.

9. Responsible Gambling

a1one provides information for entertainment and does not represent gambling as employment, investment, or a dependable means of earning income. Users should decide an affordable budget before play, monitor the time spent, and never borrow money to wager or attempt to recover losses through larger stakes.

Available safeguards may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Requests for self-exclusion should be taken seriously and may prevent access to promotions or account features for the selected period. Attempts to bypass an active restriction by creating another account are prohibited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use a1one to commit, assist, conceal, or facilitate unlawful or abusive conduct. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• providing false identity, age, address, or payment information;
• using another person's account, funds, documents, or payment method without authority;
• colluding with other users or manipulating a game, market, promotion, or loyalty system;
• using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated betting systems, or interference software without written approval;
• attempting to gain unauthorised access to a1one systems, data, accounts, or security controls;
• laundering funds, evading transaction checks, or conducting suspicious transfers;
• harassing support personnel or submitting unlawful, threatening, or deceptive material; and
• circumventing an account suspension, location restriction, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion.

a1one may investigate suspected misconduct, preserve relevant records, restrict functionality, void affected promotional benefits, or take other proportionate action permitted by applicable rules.

11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The a1one name, logo, visual design, written content, layout, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for personal and lawful use.

You must not copy, republish, sell, licence, modify, frame, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected a1one material without prior permission, except where a legal exception expressly applies. Automated extraction of odds, articles, payment content, or account information is prohibited unless authorised in writing.

12. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

a1one seeks to provide accurate and accessible information, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Maintenance, provider outages, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, device incompatibility, banking interruptions, or events outside reasonable control may affect access.

Information is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a1one does not guarantee that every description, price, odds display, processing estimate, or promotional reference will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users remain responsible for their wagering decisions, device security, personal limits, and compliance with local requirements. a1one is not liable merely because an informed wager loses, a game produces an unfavourable result, or a third-party payment provider experiences a delay.

13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

a1one may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security needs, new services, payment changes, or operational improvements. The updated version will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

Access may be suspended or terminated where a user breaches these terms, fails verification, presents a security risk, misuses a promotion, or remains subject to a responsible-play restriction. Users may also stop using a1one at any time and may request applicable account controls through the available support process.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted. A delay in enforcing a right does not amount to a permanent waiver of that right.
